About the

Role:

The General Labor position is a key part of our agricultural operations, supporting day-to-day activities that drive the efficiency and success of the location. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks related to grain and agronomy handling, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. Overall, the General Labor position is vital to meeting operational goals and supporting the broader needs of the agricultural community.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of agronomy and agricultural practices. Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in agricultural or farm work. Familiarity with operating farm machinery and equipment. Certification in safety training related to agricultural operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment and tools. Load and unload products Assist customers Load/unload railcars Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Preferred skills, such as machinery operation, will be essential for efficiently carrying out tasks like loading and unloading products.
