Job Summary Join our dynamic delivery team as a Driver Helper and become an essential part of ensuring smooth, efficient deliveries to our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and safely providing exceptional customer service along the way. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in route driving, and commercial transportation while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and initiative. Duties Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading Help carry heavy or bulky items during pickups & deliveries, ensuring safe manual lifting techniques are followed Support route drivers in navigating delivery routes efficiently and accurately Provide friendly, professional customer service by interacting courteously with recipients and answering basic questions about deliveries Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and load/unload activities Collaborate with the driver to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues that arise during routes Experience Prior experience in customer service or outside environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience with load & unload procedures, route or courier services is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading tasksl Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to support team efforts and customer satisfaction This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in logistics, and customer interaction.
