Tree Professional / Laborer and Crew Leader 12063 Ironwood Lane, Sunman, IN 47041 Full-time Full-time Arbor Management Associates Inc. is searching for full time dependable, honest, tree professionals. We are looking for all levels of experience and are willing to train. Groundsmen duties include but not limited to reporting to the Foreman, assisting Arborists, collecting and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring hazard-free work areas. Crew Leader duties include understanding the task and effectively communicating to the other employees, removing and trimming trees, and addressing any other issues that arrise. You should be able to work with a variety of crew members. To be successful tree specialist, you should be physically strong and able to work in extreme weather conditions. Should be able to carry out instructions efficiently and complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standard. We provide a safe work environment and we have a friendly staff. You must show up every day on time and ready to work. We also provide a 401K matching program to full-time employees.
