Indoor/Outdoor laborer

Position Overview We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as painters. No prior experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in learning a skilled trade while gaining hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Help prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. Paint and stain a variety of surfaces such as walls, decks, fences, and more. Safely use ladders and scaffolding when required. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and scaffolding. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
