Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY
Get on a K-Construction crew, learn the trade the right way, and start building a real career. Laborer → Skilled Laborer → Lead Man → Foreman is a real path here — we hire for it on purpose. You'll show up prepared, follow direction well, and start picking up the skills that move you up the ladder.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Check Buildertrend for the day's plan and prep accordingly Load the truck and bring tools, PPE, and materials Execute the Foreman's and Lead Man's directions Provide labor that keeps the crew on time and on budget Clean up and stay alert to the jobsite as you work Build skills and a personal development plan toward Skilled Laborer
WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic Ability to follow directions Basic jobsite safety awareness Curiosity — "how can we do this?" attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ideal:
Prior construction or trades experience (welcome but not required) Driver's license and reliable transportation
