Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team at our salvage and scrap metal yard. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including sorting materials, using hand tools, operating small equipment, and assisting with general yard maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Sort, clean, and organize scrap metal and salvage materials Use basic hand tools safely and effectively Operate small machinery or equipment (e.g., forklifts) Assist with loading/unloading materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Basic experience with hand tools and small equipment Willingness to learn and take direction Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
