Irrigation Installation Laborer

Installation Laborer (entry level position) The Role As a member of our Installation Division, you will perform essential physical labor to ensure high-quality irrigation setups. While prior irrigation experience is a plus, it is not necessary—we are willing to train the right candidates who possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities Excavation:

 Dig head holes and trenches to precise depths and sizes, ensuring they are straight and true.

Site Maintenance:

 Remove large rocks and obstacles encountered during various stages of work.

Backfilling:

 Efficiently and cleanly backfill excavations while simultaneously compacting soil in lifts.

System Installation:

 Differentiate between spray and rotor heads; install all head types at the appropriate height and plumb to grade.

Drip Irrigation:

 Install drip systems according to company standards and patterns laid out by senior staff.

Teamwork:

 Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative crew. Physical Requirements & Schedule Ability to perform rigorous physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to load and unload trailers (lifting up to 50 lbs.). Availability to work 8+ hours per day, 5 days a week. Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work with notice.
