The Town of Auburn's Department of Public Works is seeking a Seasonal Parks & Cemetery Laborer to assist with maintenance and upkeep of our parks and cemetery grounds.

Seasonal Position:

Spring through

Fall Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Hourly:

$15.00/hour May

• June:

  7:00AM
• 3:00PM June

• Fall:

  6:30AM
• 2:30PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mowing lawns and weed waking Trash removal and general grounds maintenance Assisting with landscaping tasks Performing other duties as assigned by the DPW Superintendent

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license required. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be at least 18 years of age.
