Job Description

Cape Cargo is seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist with daily delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the road, and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading deliveries Help ensure accurate and timely deliveries Handle packages and cargo safely and efficiently Support route navigation and delivery coordination Provide professional and courteous customer interactions
Qualifications Required:
Previous delivery or labor experience preferred Clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy items Strong work ethic and reliability Schedule Monday through Friday Home every night Compensation & Benefits Top pay (based on experience) Health and dental insurance Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Company-provided uniforms Experience and License Requirements Customer Service (optional) Freight (optional) General Driving (optional) License
