Position Overview We are looking for motivated, professional Drivers and Helpers who understand the demands of final mile delivery and take pride in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals who are: Experienced in furniture delivery and handling Comfortable working long, performance-driven days Focused on customer satisfaction and quality execution Daily Responsibilities Arrive at warehouse between 5:30 AM

• 6:00 AM Load and organize routes for the day Deliver and assemble furniture in customers' homes Provide white glove service (care, respect, professionalism) Handle products safely to prevent damages Maintain clean and organized trucks at all times Use handheld devices for route and delivery completion Ensure top-tier customer experience at every stop Key Expectations Deliver consistent 5-star service Follow strict performance metrics (quality, customer feedback, execution) Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work independently and stay accountable throughout the day

RequirementsFor Drivers:

Experience driving a 26-foot box truck Clean driving record Experience in final mile or furniture delivery preferred

For All Applicants:

Experience handling furniture or large products (100-300 lbs) Ability to lift up to 300 lbs (team lift required) Experience using: Shoulder straps Hand trucks / dollies Delivery handheld devices Strong attention to detail when working inside customers' homes Customer-first mindset with a history of great service Training Training is provided, but familiarity with furniture handling and delivery environments is essential .
