Overview Join our dynamic team as a Junk Removal Helper (Part-Time) and be a vital part of providing efficient, reliable, and eco-friendly waste removal services. In this energetic role, you'll assist with loading, unloading, and transporting debris, furniture, and other bulky items. Your hands-on approach will help keep neighborhoods clean and safe while gaining valuable experience in heavy lifting, truck operation, and commercial waste management. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible difference in your community. Responsibilities Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items Assist with residential and commercial junk removal projects Help maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment Provide excellent customer service on every job Follow safety procedures while lifting and transporting items Work efficiently as part of a team Assist with donation drop-offs and recycling efforts when applicable Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Customer service experience is a plus Valid driver's license is a plus but not required What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Honest and respectful Team player Willing to learn and grow with the company Takes pride in providing excellent service Why Join Wright Way Junk Removal?
