Job Description
About us Hollywood Oyster Company seeks additional team members to farm and process its oysters for both the farm crew and the nursery crew. Hollywood Oyster's mission is to sustainably farm the highest quality oysters for national distribution and enjoy the waterfront and farming while doing it.
Applicant must:
- be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs.) and must be able to push, carry, and provide force for moving materials.
- be able to work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks.
- consistently report for work on time and in appropriate attire.
- be able to comprehend and follow specific instructions.
- be able to stand for at least four continuous hours.
- be able to perform duties in adverse weather conditions, such as rain, or snow.
- have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- must have a valid, state-issued Drivers License & a checking account.
- have reliable transportation.
