Job Description
Position Summary MB Venture Holdings is seeking a dependable and hardworking Freight Loader to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and staging freight while ensuring shipments are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required paid training is provided. Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles. Sort, organize, and stage shipments for storage or outbound transportation. Verify shipment labels and ensure freight is placed in the correct locations. Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies promptly. Secure cargo to help ensure safe transportation. Move materials using pallet jacks and other approved warehouse equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe loading and staging areas. Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization. Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures. Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous warehouse, freight handling, or logistics experience is helpful but not required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn company procedures and safety standards. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
