About us Full job description Custom Composite Technologies, Inc. has been a successful composite manufacturer for 25 years. CCTI produces advanced composite manufacturing solutions that exceed customer expectations from concept to completion of project. Our skilled team is what makes Custom Composites who we are. With over 50 years of collective experience within a broad range of industries including marine, automotive, and renewable energy, CCTI delivers uncompromising quality using a customer-centric approach. We are searching for an ambitious candidate to grow and expand with us as a team. We highly encourage candidates to have experience if all aspect of responsibilities. The candidate should have the following attributes: works well both independently and on a team succeeds in a fast-paced shop environment Professional and focused work environment where all team members are expected to be alert, present and unimpaired Drug-free work place Keeps work area clean and neat High attention to detail Adaptable to continually changing roster of projects and methods Takes pride in work and achieving goals `This valued position in our shop will complete all assigned daily tasks with the long-term goal of gaining quality composite trade experience. On the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Observe and support technicians during daily productions Assist in shop maintenance and improvement projects Cutting carbon fiber/fiberglass to specifications provided Assisting in composite lamination, fabrication and vacuum infusion learning to use small tools correctly and safely learning lean manufacturing with the shop environment.
Shop cleaning:
vacuuming, emptying trash, cardboard breakdown, sweep, shovel, clean bathroom
Experience Requirements:
High School Dimploma/GED Attention to Detail Work well both independently and as part of the team contributing input and help. Demonstrate safety in all areas. Must wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Must be clean shaven so provided PPE seals properly. Work expected 40 hours per week. Expect to arrive at work at 6:00 am and leave at 4:30 pm. Work efficiently and productively. Lift 50 pounds and stand on feet 10 hours per day.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
