Job Description
Essential Duties Drainage and utility installation — Excavate, place, and backfill drainage tile, water lines, and sewer lines according to project specifications. Manual labor tasks — Shoveling, grading, pipe handling, site cleanup, and material staging. Equipment operation — Operate backhoe or skid steer once training and competency requirements are met. Outdoor work — Perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical capability to lift, carry, and perform sustained manual labor. Availability for overtime — Willing to work 50-60 hours per week during peak season (typically Monday-Friday; weekends off). Standard 40‑hour schedule during winter/off‑season. •CDL not required for laborer position but will provide workday variety if held.
