More experience will be rewarded!

Trimmers must:

MUST HAVE

experience hand trimming Cannabis in a facility paced environment (Minimum 1 year). Machine and conveyor experience a bonus! Ability to denug at a fast pace while maintaining and preserving the integrity of the cannabis Be detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Adhere to all state and company guidelines Have strong work ethic, be team oriented and punctual Be able to maintain a clean work area and tools Observing all required PPE requirements while completing tasks. Ability to differentiate and sort by strain and phenotypes Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned

Minimal Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work well with a team. Detail-oriented Physical and Environmental Requirements Able to work 8+ hours a day. Able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds. Able to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workday. Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
