Benefits Hands on Training Requirements Previous experience in a general labor role is beneficial. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods. Reliable transportation to get to our Melvindale, Michigan facility daily. A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time, every time. Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully to ensure safety and efficiency. Comfort working in various weather conditions if tasks require outdoor work. Responsibilities Assist with a variety of manual tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our facility. Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently, following all established procedures. Participate in general site maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
