H. Renner & Sons is a water well drilling and service company that operates locally within a 100 mile radius of Elk River, Minnesota. We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions: Well Driller (1 Year Experience and CDL A Required) Well Driller Helper ( no experience needed) Well Pump Service Technician (1 Year Experience and CDL A Required) Well Pump Service Helper (No Experience needed) Waterline installer (backhoe experience needed) Grouter operator Well work experience is not required as training will be provided. Class A drivers are preferred, however, we can offer financial assistance to those who are willing to get a Class A CDL license. In the well drilling field, we have a wide variety of applicable knowledge including: geology, hydrology, electrical, plumbing, vehicular mechanics, welding, excavation, and heavy equipment operation. We are a small business, however, we have a great potential to grow into our large facility and fleet of well service equipment. Requirements:
Valid Class D, C, B or A Unrestricted Drivers License Clean Driving Record Must pass a drug test Must pass a background test Ability to work outdoors Ability to lift 50 pounds At least 21 years of age Ability to work over 8 hours occasionally In order for your application to be considered, provide a list of current and previous job experience with dates of employment (or include a resume).
