Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete and/or Masonry Laborer to join our construction team. As a Concrete/Masonry Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete installation, finishing, and restoration as well as Masonry (brick/stone laying, foundation block work, ect). This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties include, but are not limited to:- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure proper texture and appearance
- Repair and restore damaged concrete structures
- Operate heavy equipment, such as power trowels or skid loaders, as needed
- Masonry work (laying stone/brick), foundation block work, restoration, ect.
- Snow removal included, dependable on weather
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete and/or Masonry knowledge is required
- Valid drivers license if required
- Knowledge of concrete/masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
