Back Laborer/Plant Wide Utility (US) Other Skills Carthage , MO Contract Sep 24, 2026
Pay Rate:
$16.50/hour
Start Time:
7:00
AM Required:
Steel-toe or safety-toe boots meeting ASTM standards, at least 6 inches in height.
Position Summary:
Candidate will follow the facility's established line of progression, maintain inspection records, complete work orders, attend safety training, and operate equipment including forklifts, packers, hand trucks, scoops, shovels, brooms, pressure washers, scales, fall restraint systems, midds loading equipment, and car pullers.
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working from heights and climbing stairs/ladders. Must be able to work in confined spaces and a dusty environment , as well as heat and cold. Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform bending and kneeling. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and call-in/call-back shifts when needed. Must follow all safety procedures and maintain regular attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, professional, and respectful attitude. Apply Now Share This Post
