Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Laborers for a temporary 3-month building cleanout project. Team members will assist with clearing out a Secure Federal Office Building by sorting, removing, relocating, and disposing of furniture, equipment, office contents, and miscellaneous items. This role requires physical labor, teamwork, and the ability to move materials throughout the facility safely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Remove furniture, equipment, office supplies, and other items from designated areas. Sort materials for disposal, recycling, storage, or relocation. Load and unload trucks with office furniture, boxes, and miscellaneous building contents. Move items within the building using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Assist with organizing and inventorying items designated for storage.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Prior moving, warehouse, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
Assignment Length:
Temporary, approximately 3 months.

From $24.00 per hour
