Summary We're hiring! Join our dynamic team at 1-800-STRIPER as we bring top-notch parking lot striping services to Kansas City and surrounding areas. We're seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to grow with an emerging company. This seasonal, full-time crew member position offers the opportunity to step into larger roles as we expand. You'll operate a variety of equipment for parking lot striping and maintenance on large job sites. The role requires a flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends. Parking Lot Striping in East Kansas City, MO | 1-800-STRIPER Essential Functions- Operate equipment of various sizes and weights for parking lot striping.
- Assist in preparing equipment and trucks for daily operations.
- Track inventory, including paint, chalk, and other materials.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety protocols, reporting issues to the Crew Leader or Foreman.
- Follow daily procedures and protocols from job orientations and training sessions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, reporting defects or repair needs to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager; clean equipment as needed.
- Clean stencils and assist with on-site tasks, including filling machines, handling stencil work, cleaning parking lots, and supporting the Crew Leader with layout tasks. Competencies
