Seasonal Grape Harvester - Independent Contractor (1099)

Seasonal, part-time, independent contractor (1099) Job Summary We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with our grape harvest. This is a seasonal outdoor position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Work is expected to take place 2-3 days per week from now through the end of October. The exact schedule may vary based on weather, crop readiness, and harvesting needs. Responsibilities Harvest grapes carefully and efficiently. Sort and handle grapes according to instructions. Carry, lift, and move harvest containers and equipment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Follow safety procedures and supervisor directions. Arrive on time and remain dependable throughout the harvest season. Help maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Must be prepared for physically demanding outdoor work. Able to stand, bend, reach, squat, and lift repeatedly during each shift. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid government-issued ID. Must complete a Form W-9 before beginning work. Must have reliable transportation to the worksite. Previous agricultural or harvesting experience is helpful but not required. Compensation Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
