Operator Apprentice Starting Pay:
$25.17 per Hour | Full-Time Advanced Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Billings manufacturer. The Sacker/Laborer position serves as an entry point into the manufacturing process and offers advancement into more technical, higher-paying positions for employees who demonstrate reliability and strong performance.   • 7:00 AM Essential Duties & Responsibilities Fill, weigh, stack, and palletize fertilizer and sulfur bags Perform repetitive lifting of 75-100+ pound bags throughout the workday Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment (training provided as needed) Transfer raw materials and ingredients throughout the facility Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through industrial housekeeping Assist with general plant maintenance and production support Work independently and remain productive during periods of minimal supervision Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma required ( GPA of 3.
