Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! About the Opportunity As a Utility Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily yard operations at our Bismarck, ND site. In this role, you'll support general yard upkeep and assist with a variety of yard tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Move, sort and handle scrap metal and materials Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers and containers Assist with basic material processing, including dismantling small components and collecting loose material Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard Greet and assist customers with unloading materials Qualifications Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to operate equipment safely Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds Excellent customer service skills Compensation and Benefits Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends Full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical and dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance Employer paid life insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite
