General Labor Job Description Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Overtime Opportunities Available Looking for steady construction work with the opportunity to earn plenty of overtime? HireQuest Direct is hiring hardworking, dependable General Laborers to assist with insulation installation and other construction-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction experience who enjoy hands-on work and want the opportunity to earn extra income through overtime hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of insulation materials on construction projects.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials around job sites.
• Assist with general construction and labor tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow job site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements:

• Previous general construction or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work extended shifts and overtime as needed.

Schedule & Overtime:

Work is primarily Monday through Friday, with early morning start times and shifts that may run 8-12 hours depending on project needs. Significant overtime opportunities may be available, making this a great fit for individuals looking to maximize their weekly earnings. Overtime hours are based on workload and are not guaranteed.
