Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations. Your hands-on approach and adherence to safety standards will help maintain a productive environment where quality and safety are prioritized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, and process improvement within a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities Assist with manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and moving materials safely across the production floor Operate forklifts and power tools to transport raw materials, components, and finished products efficiently Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality standards are met Support assembly line operations by assembling parts using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate documentation related to production activities and adhere to manufacturing management procedures Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line processes Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory setting Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and technical specifications Experience with lean manufacturing principles and safety standards in production environments Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and physical tasks consistently Excellent understanding of safety protocol adherence and process compliance in manufacturing settings Join our team if you're eager to contribute your skills in a lively environment that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
