Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth workflow Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work sites, organizing tools, and handling materials as directed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of waste properly Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision to aid in construction or maintenance tasks Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents immediately Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials used on-site Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work effectively with team members Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction, demolition or industrial environments Prior experience in labor-intensive roles is a plus but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success Background check pass Join us as a Laborer and become part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
