Driver and driver helper

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Driver and Driver Helper to join our dynamic delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks and ensuring timely deliveries to customers while providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will assist with loading, unloading, and route driving, contributing to a smooth and efficient delivery process. Duties Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques Assist the driver in route driving, navigation, and timely delivery of packages Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Help with moving items within warehouses or customer locations as needed Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Support the driver in vehicle inspections, safety checks, and maintaining cleanliness of the truck Experience Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks Strong driving skills with a valid driver license or equivalent for commercial driving Experience in load & unload operations, heavy lifting, and moving items safely Knowledge of route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and responsibly Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
