GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the general direction of the Solid Waste Supervisor or Designee incumbent performs a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks in the maintenance operation and litter control of the Solid Waste Department equipment and related grounds including recycling locations and other City properties.

STARTING SALARY PAY
$16.45 p/h
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) year general maintenance experience or closely related field High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Valid driver's license (state of residence) that meets city's insurability requirements
Other Conditions:
Must pass background check.
Days and hours of work may vary including weekends and holidays depending on operational needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to acquire Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
