Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties including cleaning and maintaining the grounds and buildings, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and assisting with various manual tasks across the facility. Responsibilities Clean and maintain landscaped areas, grounds and buildings Operate mowers, basic hand tools and power tools safely as needed Sweep rooms, clean equipment, and work areas Focus on safe work practices Perform any other duties as required or assigned at anytime Skills Previous experience in maintenance is preferred but not mandatory High School diploma or GED equivalent General knowledge and competence in using basic hand tools and power tools A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision Ability to work independently Knowledge of safety policies, practices, and procedures This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute their hands-on skills while prioritizing safety and continuous improvement. This role requires physical labor in an indoor and outdoor setting, attention to detail, the use of small tools and proficiency in operating various power equipment.
