In this vital role, you will support daily production activities by assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment operation within our manufacturing facility. Your energy and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills while supporting the core operations of our manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and assist with assembly tasks Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise component placement and assembly Handle manual lifting of heavy materials in accordance with safety protocols and ergonomic standards Assist with mechanical assembly processes, ensuring all parts meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow manufacturing procedures, process improvement initiatives, and safety standards diligently Support team members on the production line by managing materials, tools, and documentation as needed Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly line operations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly techniques Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols required Experience interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or production documents beneficial Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies advantageous Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
