Tower Remodel Laborer Job Summary:

The Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties.

Essential Functions:

• Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
• Have basic knowledge of the following skills: o Work efficiently and safely with all hand tools o Work efficiently and safely with all power tools
• Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary
• Store items properly throughout property
• General labor work
• Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep are necessary
• Respond promptly to the needs of guests and company
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to proper management.
• Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
• Have previous experience or general awareness of labor/remodel work Additional Information
