Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. We are a local limestone quarry that produces and sells aggregate.

Duties Plant Cleanup:

Shoveling rocks, sweeping work areas, and washing down processing equipment.

Material Handling:

Moving tools, lifting hoses, and assisting with basic material sorting.

Equipment Support:

Assisting machine operators and mechanics with routine daily checks Follow all safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of machinery.

Qualifications Physical Fitness:

Heavy lifting, standing for long hours, and working outdoors in all weather types.

Safety Focus:

Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats, steel-toe boots, and earplugs.

Basic Skills:

Following safety rules, reading equipment manuals, and using hand or power tools. Ability to follow direction, work well in a team and independently.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
