Carmel, NY Salary:
$21 hourly Seeking Laborer to support daily shop operations, assist team members with projects, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and help prepare finished products for shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain shop cleanliness, including garbage removal, pallet breakdown, seasonal property cleanup, snow removal, weeding, and general upkeep. Assist mechanics, welders, painters, and engineers with shop floor projects as directed. Make local delivery and pickup trips to vendors in a timely and professional manner. Assist with safely packaging finished products for shipping and completing general building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Valid, clean driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work while wearing required PPE. Familiarity with hand tools required; power tool experience is a plus. Must be comfortable working on ladders, following safety training, reading instructions, performing basic math, and working respectfully with team members.
