Overview Join our dynamic team as a Appliance Delivery and Installation Driver / Helper operating a 26-foot box truck! Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver goods to various locations, following designated routes efficiently and responsibly Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items Assist with route planning to optimize delivery schedules and improve overall efficiency Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and document any delivery discrepancies or damages accurately Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, stock organization, and preparing shipments for delivery Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the truck and work area throughout your shift Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles or box trucks preferred DOT Medical Card. Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and navigation skills Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely; physically fit to handle cargo manually or with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience working in warehouse environments or with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards at all times Embark on an exciting career journey where your energy fuels our success!
