Position Summary We are seeking a Plant Laborer for our Cleveland Cliffs/Steelyard location. The Plant Laborer will report directly to the onsite Plant Manager. Some responsibilities/skills required include:

Ability to understand and follow all company and OSHA safe work practices Ability to work 10 hour shifts Tue-Fri or Wed-Sat schedule depending on business need Experience operating heavy equipment (articulated loader) and a skid steer Experience working around conveyors and large stationary machinery, such as vibrating screens Basic knowledge of truck scaling/weigh ticket preparation Basic knowledge of heavy equipment routine maintenance is a plus Willingness and ability to perform manual labor (shoveling, cleaning, fastening, using tools, etc.) Must also be able to follow specific detailed instructions and work in a safety-oriented manner. Must be comfortable with frequently wearing necessary PPE such as fall protection with harness and lanyard for aspects of the job. The position is year-round, and most of the work is done in an outdoor environment during various weather conditions.

Additional requirements include:

Must have a valid driver's license 1-3 years experience Ability to lift 50 lbs and move 100 lbs with no restrictions Ability to frequently climb stairs and ladders (fixed and portable) Ability and willingness to work overtime or a rotation schedule as required Ability to pass pre-employment 10-panel drug screening and criminal background check This position is Full-Time, Hourly with
