Laborer/Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various labor tasks to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products as needed. Follow established procedures for quality control and production standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a labor or operator role is a plus but not required. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively (training may be provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
