Position Description :

Central Ohio Recycling, a leading recycling company located in Galion, Ohio, is seeking a hardworking, reliable individual to complement their existing team. This position will require the ability to identify various types of metals, use software programs, and interact with customers. Candidate must be capable of some heavy lifting and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Candidate will be required to occasionally operate heavy equipment and machinery. All employees are required to complete a forklift certification course. The candidate will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week. The candidate may be occasionally required to work a half day on Saturday resulting in in a workweek consisting of 50 hours. Pursuant to state and federal laws, all candidates will be compensated for overtime (hours in excess of 40 hours) at a rate of 1.5 times their normal pay. Prior mechanical experience is preferred.
