Overview Great Grounds Outdoor is looking for a General Laborer to join our project crew. This is a hands on job, you'll be moving material, digging, hauling debris, and helping the crew get every job done right from start to finish. No two days look the same, one day you could be spreading mulch and the next you could be helping set block on a retaining wall. We're not looking for someone who just wants to show up and do the bare minimum. We want someone who's willing to work hard, learn the trade, and grow into bigger roles as they prove themselves on the job. Responsibilities Assist the crew with day to day tasks including mulch application, plant installation, bed prep, and hardscape work Dig, shovel, rake, and move material like mulch, soil, stone, and block as directed Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and trailers Haul away debris and keep the job site clean throughout the day Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly Follow directions from the foreman and complete tasks to Great Grounds' quality standards Help with final site cleanup before leaving each property Experience No prior landscaping experience required, we'll train the right person Any experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus Willing and able to do physical work outdoors in all types of weather Reliable transportation to get to job sites on time Strong work ethic and willingness to learn If you're ready to work hard and learn a trade from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
