+ Monthly Bonus Opportunities We're hiring d ependable, safety-focused crew members to support daily plant and site operations. This is hands-on outdoor industrial work : manual labor, equipment operation, maintenance support, and site upkeep. We hire at multiple levels and train from the ground up, so industrial experience is helpful but not required. What You'll Do Load, unload, dig, lift, and move materials and equipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Operate hand and power tools, shovels, and wheelbarrows. Run skid steers, manlifts, telehandlers, and track hoes once trained and authorized. Support upkeep and preventive maintenance on plant machines and equipment. Assist operators, tradespeople, and maintenance staff with assigned tasks. Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report hazards right away. Communicate clearly with supervisors and ask questions when tasks aren't clear. Learn new skills and fill in on other positions as needs change. Schedule Enjoy a built-in work/life balance! Rotating shifts supporting continuous plant operations. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. 4 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shift What We're Looking For Willingness to do physical work outdoors in all weather. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Able to follow instructions and work well on a crew. Flexible as tasks and priorities change. Industrial or labor experience preferred, not required.
Requirements:
Physical Requirements Lift and carry heavy tools, materials, and equipment. Stand, walk, bend, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods. Work at heights and in confined spaces when trained and authorized. Work in hot, cold, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Levels & Advancement Level 1 — General labor, site maintenance, and basic tools. Level 2 — Adds equipment maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and training newer crew. Level 3 — Adds plant controls across Dry Plant, Wet Plant, and Loadout, plus troubleshooting during production. Join Our Team!
