Duties Safely operate box trucks for local route deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload goods efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques Assist the driver with route navigation, delivery scheduling, and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing customer needs professionally Help with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, moving items, and preparing shipments for delivery Support the driver in maintaining vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and routine maintenance logs Load and unload cargo at various locations, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Prior delivery driver experience or familiarity with route driving is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and efficiently Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus (certifications preferred) Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management is advantageous Ability to follow directions precisely, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills meet your passion for helping others.
