Rotating shifts; must be flexible to work all shifts (see below) 1st shift: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Kelly® is hiring dependable Utility Workers for a paper mill operation. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role involving housekeeping, material handling, mill support, and occasional forklift operation. Responsibilities Maintain housekeeping throughout the mill Pick up paper, empty hoppers, remove trash, and clean floors and walls Assist with dry-end and wet-end mill operations Move materials and supplies using a forklift or other equipment Cut cores, slab rolls, band slabs, and stock supplies Follow all plant safety procedures and OSHA requirements Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to push, pull, bend, walk, and perform manual labor Steel-toe shoes required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, including THC Heavy industrial and forklift experience preferred, but forklift experience is not required.
