Report to Fayette City, PA We are hiring for several hands-on positions throughout the year. You do not have to work every season or every type of job. If you only want event work, Christmas light installation, or winter snow work, that is completely fine. There is also an opportunity for year-round work for someone interested in working across multiple seasons. Event Crew - ASAP through November Work may include: Delivering, setting up, and picking up event equipment Bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Cleaning and organizing equipment Outdoor physical labor Weekend work and longer days during busy weeks Event crew work is available immediately and will continue through November. Christmas Light Installation - October through January Christmas light work will begin in October and run through January , so there may be overlap with event work in October and November. We are especially looking for people who are comfortable with: Working on ladders and roofs Working safely at heights Installing residential and commercial Christmas lights Climbing, carrying ladders, and working outdoors Basic construction, roofing, siding, gutter, or electrical experience is a plus Roofing or extensive ladder experience is highly preferred for this side of the work. Snow & Ice Crew - Winter Positions may include: Snow plowing Salting Sidewalk and walkway clearing Operating snow equipment Working early mornings, overnight, and during storms Prior plowing or equipment experience is a plus, but not required for every position. Schedule & Pay Hours can vary significantly depending on the season and weather. Someone working across multiple areas can generally expect approximately 25-50 hours per week , depending on workload. Pay ranges from $16-$32 per hour depending on experience, responsibility, and the type of work being performed.
