Outdoor Skilled Laborer - 3rd shift

We are currently hiring for a 3rd-shift Outdoor Industrial Skilled Laborer, in Lancaster, PA. Third-shift coworkers receive a 25% shift differential, and work 4 nights per week, Mon-Thurs, 8:30pm - 7:00am.

Description:

Will Perform all required duties to pre-punch or pre-drilled holes at splice section of steel bridge girders. Will match mark plates, as necessary. Will walk with and guide the MI Jack; chain products to trucks; set blocking for loading and storing products. Will assist with onside iron work duties. Will be responsible to use electric drills to drill holes where needed. Our next co-worker will ideally possess the following: A high school diploma or GED Willingness work outdoors, 100% of the time, in all weather conditions, is required. Previous steel erection (iron worker) or general laborer experience preferred. Previous rigging experience desired. Experience using hand and power tools, include drills. Forklift certification desired, or willingness to obtain while on the job. A valid PA driver's license is required. Prior experience in truck driving preferred Experience operating a yard crane or travel lift a plus Willingness to learn and operate Mi-Jack equipment The ability to read, write, and follow directions.
