Responsibilities Work directly with carriers to resolve shipping issues that occur with ground and common carrier shipments Make and execute decisions regarding the delivery needs of customer orders Provide friendly assistance to our customers and keep them updated on the status of their orders Work closely with our Customer Solutions team and our retail store locations to enhance our customers' shopping experience File and manage carrier damage claims Coordinate and schedule common carrier pickups Log and analyze freight invoices Monitor expedited shipping orders to ensure they deliver timely Offer suggestions and methods to improve delivery
