We're hiring an Field Operations Lead & Laborer to drive performance in the field. This role is built for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership, customer interaction, and real-time decision-making.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job Maintain clear internal and external communication with team members and customers Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field Train, coach, and support team members Safely lift, load, and remove items (50+ lbs) Multi-task effectively across logistics, customer service, and team leadership responsibilities Hit and exceed daily performance and revenue targets

What You Bring:

1-2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience Moving or labor experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example in a physical, fast-paced role Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude Valid driver's license & 21+
