In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license to work here. High school diploma or GED required. Laborers are asked to assemble spring components, paint / pack springs, deliver or pick up springs from local vendors. Laborers work with presses, deburring equipment., hand tools, power tools, shot peening wheelabrator, labelling springs, and packing shipments. We rely on our labor force to move around the shop where needed. Duties Assist with keeping the shop clean and organized Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Working Monday - Friday 7:00 am till 3:30 pm 40 hours a week. Overtime is available when needed. Optional Saturday overtime if work is available. Must have a Valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to work. We are not on a bus line. A valid driver's license is needed at the interview.
