Job Title:

Line Laborer Job Description Join our team as a Line Laborer working on the syringe line in a clean and newly renovated facility. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production process runs smoothly. Responsibilities Work on the production line to ensure the smooth movement of products. Visually inspect packaged goods for quality assurance. Pack, sort, and palletize materials as needed. Complete tasks associated with the manufacturing process, including packaging. Assist in moving products through various stages of production. Load materials for the line and restock as necessary. Float to assist in all areas of the line and address bottlenecks in the process. Essential Skills Attention to detail for visual inspection of materials. Ability to use computers for training purposes. Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) production environment. Ability to stand for 8 hours on the production line. Proficiency in multitasking and time management. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to count accurately. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The facility packages and ships lubricating jelly for medical applications. The team is focused on creating a positive work culture where employees enjoy coming to work. Dress code includes full-length pants, closed-toe shoes, and no loose-fitting clothing for safety. Personal hygiene and adherence to GMPs are a must. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
