About this position:

The Hydro Aide will assist the plant personnel in performing routine grounds maintenance and general labor tasks. They will be assigned clean-up, painting, mowing, weed cutting and other duties. The position will be required to operate mowers and other vehicles in addition to using a variety of hand tools. This job description is not meant to be all-inclusive, position will include other reasonable work expectations as assigned. This position is temporary through the summer months usually from mid-May until Labor Day.

Operate mobile equipment including various types of mowers, and grass trimming equipment, etc. General plant clean-up and organization Cleaning and painting equipment and buildings Use of hand tools Weed management and removal Operate and repair sprinklers Perform individual lifts and manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds All NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives Am I right for this job?
